restaurant Alex Jacobs and chef-cook Pornchai. The article
includes several of Pornchai's delicious recipes.

On
April 10th 2005, the Food & Wine Show "Smakelijk!"
was held in the Beurs van Berlage in Amsterdam. During
this culinary food exhibition I gave several fruit carving
workshops. The famous BBC cook Ainsley Harriott also
featured during the Smakelijk!-show. I was very happy
to show him my fruit carvings.
